How will my calls be
answered?
Our professional receptionist will greet your callers and answer your calls either in your name or the name of your company, whichever you prefer.
What if a caller wants to leave a message?
If a caller asks to leave a message, we will put them through to your voicemail. This way, you can be sure of receiving all of your messages, there is no danger of misinterpretation and you can access your messages at any time of the day or night by simply calling your voicemail box.
How often will I receive my post?
Again, this is up to you. You can have your post forwarded daily, weekly or monthly, or if you prefer you can collect it yourself. All you need to do is specify the frequency of post forwarding that you require.
What is the minimum length of term?
The minimum length of term is 3 months. However, the longer the length of term you take the more you save – you can save up to 15% with a 12 month contract.
Are there any charges in addition to the monthly fee?
Yes. Each month you may incur additional service charges. These may be call, fax and mail handing charges or any meeting room and hot desk usage you have incurred. Our service charges are highly competitive. For more info see the service charges page.
Is the Membership Fee refundable?
No.
Can I use the business address service to register my company address?
