Do I need to make a Spanish mortgage?

We offer to our clients the possibility of obtaining a mortgage, if so required,
which we provide free of charge to all those clients who use our
conveyancing services:

1.- Advising our Clients on the best options available for their mortgages,
along with the legal and tax implications.

2.- Apply for a FREE estimation of the property, with this value we could
know the amount of money that we can borrow.

3.- Opening of a bank account in Spain, to organise the direct debit for the
mortgage.

4.- Consider the different options for the mortgages:

  • Mortgages up to 5 years Interest only
  • Mortgages up to 95-100 % on the purchase price
  • Mixed mortgages: 30% interest only ( this percentage has to be paid
    end of the mortgage in full) + 70 % interest and capital

5.- Preparing all necessary documentation required for the mortgage at the
Notary.

6.- Accompanying our Clients to the Notary and facilitate with the translation.

7.- Advise our Clients on Taxes and arrange for the payment of these on
their behalf.

8.- The mortgage conditions will be subject to product criteria.
