Do I need to make a Spanish will?
The answer to this question is no. However there are some very
good reasons to do so.
Your english will more often than not will be recognised as valid in
Spain, however the cost of having it recognised will usually be
more expensive than having a Spanish will drawn up.
The drafting of a will is part of our complete service when
purchasing a property, however if you already own a property or
assets in Spain, we can draft the document according to your
explicit instructions and arrange for it to be certified by a Notary
Public, either in Spain or the UK.
